SOUTHWEST ONCOLOGY
& HEMATOLOGY, P.C.
February 11, 2004
To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Todd Lincoln since August
of 2002.I had recently purchased new software
system for Southwest Oncology & Hematology, P.C.
and my current hardware required upgrading to accommodate
the installation of new software system. Mr. Lincoln
was hired to do both the upgrade of the hardware system
and the installation of the software. This was
a very critical time for me as the office manager.
I needed to be assured that all would go well, and there
would be minimal interruption in the flow of medical
care in this office.
The moment Mr. Lincoln arrived at the practice to
begin the upgrade of the system; I immediately recognized
the competence he displayed. I felt very comfortable
turning the system over to Todd, knowing that he would
do the best job possible. It wasn’t long before
I realized that Todd was doing his best by the company
he was working for at the time, but also, at the same
time, was looking to protect this practices’ best
interests.
Todd has dealt with me in a very knowledgeable and
professional manner, and at the same time was able to
display his good nature. He has a wonderful sense
of humor and is well liked by all my employees. My physician,
Dr. Jerry A. Olshan, also holds Todd in high regard,
which in itself is not an easy task. It was not by chance
that Todd was invited to our Christmas event in 2002
and also in 2003. He is valued at this practice,
and we wanted to show him our appreciation for his commitment
to excellence, and dedication to this practice.
It has been a rare instance when Todd was not immediately
available to speak to. If a message had to be
left for him, he always returns the phone call promptly.
He has never made any one of us feel that we
are asking stupid questions (even when we know full
well that we were…). He would stop by to
fix something at a moments notice, never complaining
about having to jiggle a wire that had come loose, when
we thought the whole system was blown.
I feel that Todd should have the recognition he deserves
for all those times that he has gone out of his way,
used his own time and resources, to accomplish difficult
tasks. I know that there have been many; many
times that Todd has gone above and beyond what is expected
of him not only by myself, but also by his previous
employer, as well.
I feel Todd Lincoln is a perfect example of a “one
of a kind” employee. I know first hand
how difficult it is to find quality employees.
His knowledge and sense of dedication is rare, and very
valuable.
Sincerely,
Charlene J. Day
